I'm a product builder at heart.
For me, product leadership means finding the right opportunities, shaping them into clear bets, and working with teams to bring them to market.
Over the past 15+ years, I've worked across Source-to-Pay, supplier management, implementation, customer success, and product management. That combination has shaped how I lead: close to the customer, commercially aware, and focused on execution rather than theatre.
I've built and scaled teams, owned product roadmaps, and helped turn market opportunities into measurable business impact — including a multi-million-dollar product opportunity delivered in under 12 months.
AI has changed the speed of product work. I use it daily to accelerate research, sharpen decisions, test ideas, and help teams work better. Not as a presentation topic. As a working tool.
